The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and inquiry. Depending on the inquiry type, it may also collect your company or organization, product or service, event name, announcement URL, and X account. Hosting-provider access logs may record your IP address, date and time, and browser information to operate the site and prevent abuse.
2. Purpose of use
We use the information to respond to inquiries, follow up on advertising, event promotion, and partner applications, operate the Organization’s activities, and prevent misuse.
3. Management and disclosure to third parties
Form submissions are emailed to the Organization’s contact address. Information may be entrusted to hosting and email providers as necessary to operate the site and send messages. We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Questions about JPOY rankings or listings are directed to JPOY; its privacy policy applies there.
